Who should I complain to?

Regarding complaints against decisions and actions of the employees of the Territorial Divisions of the Service (Alytus County, Kaunas County, Kaunas City, Klaipėda County, Marijampolė County, Panevėžys County, Šiauliai County, Tauragė County, Telšiai County, Utena County, Vilnius County, Vilnius City) shall be submitted to the Heads of Territorial Divisions of the Service.

Regarding complaints against the decisions and actions of the Heads of the Territorial Divisions of the Service (Alytus County, Kaunas County, Kaunas City, Klaipėda County, Marijampolė County, Panevėžys County, Šiauliai County, Tauragė County, Telšiai County, Utena County, Vilnius County, Vilnius City) shall be submitted to the Director of the Service.

Regarding complaints against the decisions and actions of the Heads of the Territorial Divisions of the Service (Alytus County, Kaunas County, Kaunas City, Klaipėda County, Marijampolė County, Panevėžys County, Šiauliai County, Tauragė County, Telšiai County, Utena County, Vilnius County, Vilnius City), as well as against the decisions and actions of the employees of the Service's other units, shall be submitted to the Director of the Service.

Applications or complaints from persons shall be received on all working days of the Service during the working hours of the Service, during the lunch break, and once a week for an additional hour on Wednesdays from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., by prior registration (no later than 12 noon on Tuesday) in the “Customer Service” area of the Service's website, using the general contacts of the territorial units and the Service's administration, which shall be made public.
