The decision of the Director of the Service or the Head of the Territorial Division shall not deal with complaints where:

- the person's name, surname, address, contact details are missing or the complaint is not signed by the person.

- if the content of the complaint is vague and incomprehensible.

- if more than 6 months have elapsed between the date on which the infringement alleged in the complaint was brought to the attention of the person and the date on which the complaint was submitted.

The complaint is not within the scope of competence (e.g. we often receive complaints about the actions of case managers who are not employees of the Service. They are not examined, but referred to the competent authority).
